Applied Resilience - 3 Practical Skills for Right Now

If you were unable to join us for the free public service the recorded session is now available to watch
here on our YouTube channel

With everything that’s happened recently – and is still happening for so many of us – this 30 minute workshop will provide you with three specific skills that can really help.

Resilience is the ability to bounce back – and move forward – from periods of change and adversity, stress and trauma, loss and disappointment, and often more importantly - the strain and intensity of just doing the “day-to-day”.

Spend a half-hour with us to develop some focused skills to help you more effectively deal with all you need to deal with - and take better care of yourself - as you do.

PLEASE NOTE: Places are limited to just 100. Please only register if you can attend the live session.  The recording will be available on our website shortly after the workshop.
