Charting Your Course

Interactive & energising

Tuesday 19 October, 2pm - 3.30pm

Many caring professionals are joining the Big Quit, a growing trend of skilled employees voluntarily leaving their jobs in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. COVID has maybe been the tipping point and has pushed people into making a move.  People are leaving their jobs in search of more money, more autonomy, more meaning, more flexibility and more happiness. Many are rethinking what work means to them, how they are valued, what difference they make and how they spend their time. Central for many are the concepts of ‘life purpose’ and ‘career impact’.  They don’t want all their hard work and training to go to waste.

Building on the work of Simon Sinek (Find Your Why) and Spencer Johnson (Who Moved My Cheese?), and weaving in some cutting edge neuroscience, Master Coach, and Impact Creator Dr Suzanne Henwood will introduce you to the latest skills and techniques to help you find (or refind) your purpose and start on a journey of personal discovery and satisfaction.

We will explore:

A high paced, interactive webinar that will renew your hope and re-energise your efforts to make a difference, it will introduce viewers to:

  • Why finding meaning in work is so important
  • The neuroscience of change and how to enjoy it!
  • Communicating with your heart and what it truly desires
  • Finding your voice to express your WHY.

Who is Dr Suzanne Henwood
