She brings a particular interest in mental health, with a private practice in counselling and professional supervision based in Rolleston. Silvia is also an ordained minister and author of Awhi Mai Awhi Atu: Women in Creation Care, and Moving On: Grief in Ministry Transition.

Co-Presenter

Kena Duignan is the Community Innovation Lead at Wesley Community Action. She is a Pākehā woman who lives in her hometown of Te Whanganui a Tara with her partner, two small children and wider whānau. The focus of her mahi is on helping to shift the stubborn systems that aren’t working for us anymore – by supporting responses that are crafted from the beginning by those most affected, and who are too often cut off from being able to contribute all the awesome things they have to offer.
