Having a clear fundraising strategy is essential for financial sustainability and to keep your organisation on track with its fundraising goals. Aligned to your organisation’s mission and objectives, a long-term, strategic approach will help you deliver the most efficient and effective fundraising programme.
A good strategy will set out your organisation’s topline approach to fundraising for the coming years, referencing relevant ethical standards and policies, identifying clear and realistic goals, and mapping a pathway for achieving them.
There are many things to think about when preparing a strategy, including any internal and external influences, likely income sources, fundraising methods, resources and what budget is available, not to mention the current economic status.
In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn how to structure your fundraising strategy, how to engage with your key stake holders, develop a budget and your priorities.
Prior to this workshop, you will be asked to fill in an assessment which will only be shared with the facilitator Robin Cabral - she can then focus on what really matters to you.
