Professional Wellness - Looking after YOU

Compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma and burnout can be serious occupational hazards for those working in the helping profession.

Whilst there is gradual recognition within the profession that workers are impacted by the work they do, it is important we increase awareness, understanding and dialogue about the issues facing our very valuable caring professionals.

This online workshop will:

  • assist you with the tools to identify the signs/symptoms of compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma and burnout
  • assist you to develop a ‘warning system’ to monitor your own wellbeing
  • identify and promote useful prevention strategies
  • support you to reclaim/retain your professional wellness

Who should attend

This online workshop is ideal for those working in the caring profession, counsellors, social workers, nurses, clinical psychologists, GPs, case workers, clinicians, and others focused on helping their clients, as well as (clinical) super visors.

Please note: GROW Ltd reserves the right to make any amendments that we may deem to be in the best interest of the workshop – it is however very unlikely and we will notify you as soon as possible should this occur.
