What is mBraining?

mBraining is a new field of human development and understanding, developed by Grant Soosalu and Marvin Oka.

We have at least three brains – yes the head, or cephalic brain you were already aware of, and the heart (cardiac) and gut (enteric) brains, which you were probably aware of intuitively, but may not have called them brains in the past.

Using the mBIT Roadmap and accessing and aligning your brains in a particular order, enables you to move through the road map and reach a higher level of emergent wisdom. That is the crux of what mBraining is all about.

By understanding and listening to the three brains, people are better able to recognise where they are out of alignment. You know that feeling when you want to do something, but you can’t quite take the action required? Or where your heart says one thing and your head says another? Or you have made a decision – but it doesn’t ‘feel right’? That is your brains not being in good alignment. And it is only when you align your three brains that you will move forward positively.

This one-day workshop will help you understand the three brains, how they function together and give you an introduction to how to work with people whose brains are not in alignment.

Dr Suzanne Henwood will facilitate this one-day workshop.

Counsellors, social workers, nurses, clinical psychologists, GP's, case workers, clinicians, and others working with people and wanting to get the best out of them/yourself.

Dr Suzanne Henwood

What others says...

"Very Grateful to Suzanne for sharing this amazing training. MBIT is such an amazing tool with simplicity and concurrency for the whole person. Huge appreciation to Suzanne. Love it and grateful for your teachings".

"The training was terrific and Suzanne a passionate and talented instructor. I would highly recommend this training to everyone. I’ve had a huge shift in my mindset which will resourcefully serve me moving forward both personally and professionally".

"The trainer Suzanne Henwood has a presentation style that is mixed with discipline from the head, delivered with passionate heart and enthusiastic about installing deep roots of mBIT - mBraining into all of us. She was professional and ensured that she challenged us at the right time whilst protecting our safety in this deeply emotive training course. I enjoyed her style of training and I will definitely use mBIT in my coaching practise . I feel as if its "my thing" as in that it resonates strongly with me merging ancient wisdoms and neuroscience. I am keen to do further training in mBIT and embrace it fully. Thanks Suzanne for this worthwhile training"
