How to support yourself and your clients better

Tuesday 2 May, 9am - 3.30pm
Online

A multi-modality approach to coaching clients (and ourselves) through the effects of trauma and how we can use techniques such as mBraining, Havening, IDT and Polyvagal Informed Therapies to reprogram behavioural and cognitive responses, working with our thoughts and our body intelligence in keeping people safe.

Join Dr Suzanne Henwood for this 1-day ONLINE workshop.

We will explore:

  • What constitutes Trauma and how do we recognise it?
  • How does past Trauma impact on today's life and experiences?
  • How do we create safety to explore what we need?
  • A range of tools that are available to support clients to self-facilitate to create calm
  • Which tools are most appropriate  in different scenarios
  • Some simple, yet profound, self help tools to take away with you
