Understanding and Navigating Your Way Through Bullying

Wednesday 10 May 2023
9am - 12.30pm

Have you been the target of a bully or on the receiving end of unjust treatment in your professional or personal life and now find that this is affecting your ability to live life to the full? Are you (or your clients) looking for the tools to move past this and thrive again?

If so this programme is designed by Conduct Change (and licensed to mBraining4success) for professionals (and those that they work with) that want to rebuild confidence and enhance resilience, have a safe space to explore what has happened and the impact it has had, and with support, be able to step back into their own power again.

This half day workshop will explore key aspects of surviving bullying and will assist people to:

  • Assess if they are being bullied
  • Be aware of how bullying can contribute to trauma and trigger trauma
  • Explore different options moving forward
  • Plan a strategy that is right for them and their context
  • Discuss a range of support options
  • Share some key self care practices
