What Drives Me

Tuesday 16 May 2023
9.00am - 10.30am

Do you ever feel like you just can’t pluck up the motivation to keep going?

Have you just run out of energy at work?

Where are you on the scale of engagement? And what drives that?

Have you heard the term quiet quitting?

What about The Great Resignation?

When did you last look at meaning and purpose in relation to work?

This half day workshop will offer insight into what drives us – and how we can tap into that to be able to do more of what we love. We will:

  • Explore the concept of values: Core values and context specific values
  • Explore how values drive us from heart level and directionalise us at head level
  • Discuss how we want to feel at work and what we can do to feel more of that.
  • Understand the basic human needs around work and explore options for ensuring they are being met
  • And begin to open up thinking around meaning and purpose in work

This will be an interactive session, with an opportunity in small groups, to share experiences and explore options in a safe environment.
